Gabriel Donnelly
Biography
Gabriel was active in the Big 10 voter challenge, a member of the Phi Alpha Delta pre-law fraternity, and the IU student government relations committee. Since moving back to Indianapolis, he is now a legislative assistant in the Indiana House of Representatives for the House Democratic Caucus. He works with Representatives Chris Campbell, Justin Moed, and Ryan Dvorak to advance liberal policies for the state of Indiana. He is the recruitment chair for the Indiana Marion County Young Democrats as well.
In his personal time, Gabriel can be found either enjoying nature or appreciating film. He is an avid hiker and loves to take his bike up to Fort Benjamin Harrison for some fresh air. His years as a manager at the IU Cinema have contributed to an ongoing appreciation for film art, cinematography, writing, and directing. Gabriel hopes to continue his academic career and is currently specializing in municipal economic development and public transit initiatives with Further educational goals to attain a Master of Public Administration in Economic Development.
