Hi my name is Michelle Dinkins, and I am grateful to serve as the Executive Secretary of the MCYD.

After earning my Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science from Indiana State University (ISU), I entered the world of state and federal government to explore my passion for community service and politics. I look forward to continuing this journey, and learning more about politics and the needs of the Marion County community through service.

As your MCYD Secretary, I am committed to continuously learning about issues that impact youth and young adults, and advocating for ideas, solutions, and policies, that create economic prosperity and stability for our generation, and generations to come.
